Students are once again studying the industrial revolution and it is time to ShamWOW me! Students created DIY inventions or life hacks and looked at how to create the product on an assembly line. They also put economies of scales into action. They had to buy product materials in bulk, to see the cost per item go down, as they produced greater numbers of their product. Once they had a business proposal in place, and a product created, the students created commercials to sell their products. Featured below are some of the best from this year.
Students attempted to bring history to life at a historical dinner party. Each student became a person from the Renaissance & Reformation and researched answers to questions on his or her selected person. At the dinner party students spent time talking to all of the other guests. Students were to put effort towards dressing up and bringing a dish to pass. Students even made some dishes from the period. These kids knocked it out of the park! Some of our Renaissance guests throughout the day...Some of our Renaissance foods |
